You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Easywin Systems is not liable for loss of User Content.

6. Payment Terms

Fees for Services are stated at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

Payment must be made in accordance with the pricing plan selected. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods.

For subscription-based Services, billing occurs at the frequency you select (monthly, annual, etc.). Auto-renewal occurs unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Late payment may result in service suspension. We reserve the right to collect outstanding fees through legal means.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
